TaxFolder is an electronic signature and secure document exchange service offered by TaxCycle to accountants.  My firm uses TaxFolder to request digital signatures as well as to exchange documents with clients through a browser.  Your data is protected using industry-standard security and encryption methods.  You can sign documents and use TaxFolder from a browser on your desktop, or from a mobile device or tablet.   With my firm, through the TaxFolder Client Portal you will:
  • UPLOAD your documents to me
  • REVIEW & APPROVE documents prepared and sent by me
  • SIGN required documents electronically
  • ​ACCESS filed tax returns and financial information completed by me
